  5. This file defines the Redistributables for JBuilder 4 Enterprise
  6. and provides references to further deployment documentation for
  7. the following:

  24. Refer to LICENSE.TXT for the details of what you may redistribute.

  26. For best results, use the Archive Builder included with JBuilder to 
  27. create the .zip or .jar file(s) for use in deploying your target 
  28. Application, Applet, or JavaBean component.

  38. 2. JBCL Redistributables
  39. ========================
  40. For the purpose of the license(s) included with this product,
  41. the redistributables for the JavaBeans Component Library (JBCL)
  42. is defined as the jbcl.jar file in the /jbuilder4/redist directory, 
  43. and/or the individual files in that archive.

  45. To the extent that you are allowed to redistribute these files under
  46. the terms of your license, you may redistribute these classes in 
  47. any of the following formats:
  48.  
  49. a) As individual class files
  50. b) As the entire jbcl jar
  51. c) As class files included in your archive files, for example by
  52. use of the Archive Builder
  53.

  55. 3. JDK / JRE / JFC / Swing Deployment

  63. JDataStore is provided with a license for development only. To deploy JDataStore 
  64. libraries with your application, a deployment license must be purchased.

  68. Only the following JDataStore Libraries may be deployed with your application 
  69. when you purchase a per-seat JDataStore deployment license:

  91. To the extent that you are allowed to redistribute the DataExpress files 
  92. under the terms of your licensing, the redistributables for DataExpress 
  93. are defined as the dx.jar file in the /jbuilder4/redist directory.

  112. To the extent that you are allowed to redistribute the InternetBeans files
  113. under the terms of your licensing, the redistributables for InternetBeans
